i am trying to tighten down the assembly on the handlebars that has the on/off switch and starter button.. it seems that no matter how tight i tighten the screws the things still turns... is there some glue or something that is suppose to be on this.. oh by the way this is on a 02 gsx-r750

Did you make sure the locater pin was in the hole before you tightened it down ?

Like earlier post stated but those things have a little pin that break rather easily

ok so i just took the switch apart and yep the little plastic tip is broken.. does anyone have a way to fix this without buying another assembly..

Get something of a little smaller than what was on the hole or just get a small screw. turn it into were it broke then get some JB weld and cover it up. When it hardens you should have a pin to stick into the hole to stop it from spinning round. Make sue its a small screw and also when the screw is in you can get a cutter or shear off the head of the screw

damn, the thing on the left (turn signal, high beams choke) always moves around. Thats just on about every bike i've seen. Anyway to remedy this?
