Hey guys,
Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Mike. Gettin ready to possibly purchase a 2009 GSX-R 600. Just taking the time to find a decent deal and price everything out. Yes, this is going to be my first sport bike, ive riden dirtbikes for a while so i know some. I plan on keeping it in C mode until im adjusted, then moving up to B, then A. Just thought i'd say hi and hopefully i can make this place a regular site for me!!

Thanks, and yes i plan on it for sure, i'm actualy the last in my group of friends and co workers to get a bike, everyone has already said when i ride with them there gonna take it easy and just cruise

thats always good for a first timer, it took me a while to keep up with the rest of the pack, i would usually end up catching them at red light or the next stop sign, what mods do you plan on doing?

Honestly at first im gonna keep it stock, learn up and get used to riding before i worry about modding it

gotcha, the only thing i wanted was a stretched and lowerd bike, then i was getting out run by everybody so i had to do sumtin, just still havent done much, i lucked up and a guy traded my stock exhaust for his hotbodies slash cut, he said it was to loud. and i have a +3 rear sprocket

Yea i mean ill eventually start to mod the bike, just not until im used to it on the street

well im going after work today to look (not buying just yet) at a GSXR600, anything i should look for or any advice guys??
