Been riding for about 4 years now but I have a 2001 Gsxr 600. Honestly I've had issue after issue with it but I'll hopefully have it fixed soon.

Welcome Sir. Hit the tech section, there is lots of good stuff in there and if you don't find answers make a thread and the grease monkeys will sort you out.

Welcome. Yes, getting an almost 20 year old bike back up to standard can take some effort.

I bought a 20 year old bike in January that just needed rear pads, till the pistons wouldn't move back into the caliper.
I'm sure it was vintage 2000 brake fluid and it had congealed to a thick goo. Oh well..

I've had mine since February and its all jerry rigged so im really thinking about a new wire harness
