New Member Exhaust Compatibility Question

I read through many exhaust threads but did not get an answer to my question. Maybe someone can help me. I picked up a 02 GSXR 600. PO must have been angry at the exhaust pipe because it is squished and ripped off under right foot peg. I found a used full stock exhaust from a 07 GSXR600 for a very reasonable price. Will 07 GSXR 600 exhaust bolt directly on to a 02 GSXR 600? If you need more info to answer just ask. Thanks in advance.

No it will not bolt right up. That’s two generations away from the 07 I believe and they are too different for it to happen without some modifications that aren’t worth the effort. Look for a used slip on for your bike and go with that.

Nope, you need to look for K1-K3 GSXR600 or GSXR750.
