Unfrotaully no, I was planning on getting it and doing training this spring but with COVID I have been unable to do it.

With everything opening back up I'm looking forward to the chance of getting my M1.

What country you from? Maybe those from the same country can offer advice. I can offer advice in Canada but if you're in Africa that's pretty useless.

If you are in Canada then book your M1 then worry about your bike later.

Once you have your M1 you're able to ride, just not able to do it after sunset & not take a passenger.

I started on a 600cc sport bike but that's because I didn't discover internet forums & none of my friends ride. Would advise getting a small cheap 300cc bike. Do about 5000 kms on it & you can likely sell it back for the same price you paid for it.

Be advised, you are likely to drop your first bike. Be it in the driveway or a spill. Better do it on a cheaper bike.

Best advice is to just get it done. The only regret is me not starting earlier.
