Hey guy's well i changed the o-ring on the water pump and reinstalled it on my 04 gsxr 600. Oil is comming down the backside of the pump now!!!!!!!!!!! is it possible that grease from the clutch pushrod is getting hot and dripping because i can't tell if it is oil it is so clean clear, i havent lubed the chain so i don't think its chain lube so any suggestions ??? oil pushrod seal looks fine full of grease from the pushrod going in and out!! but that's it????? i'm fustrated not lots of oil or sticky clear fluid so thanks!!!!!!!!

well

well i went to the dealer today and showed the bike to them and told them what i did. i putnew o ring and cleaned everything the mechanic told me idid everything right and there shouldbe no oil but there is. He said maybehe should look at it and he would put another oring on and some sealer around it. This does notmake any sence to me at all. what the [email protected]@@@@@**k any answers guys please help

i think you got a bigger problem on your hands than u first thought

Most likely its the oil seal that is behind the mechanical seal on the pump....
