Time to change your stator and rectifier. You can try to grab a new battery. But I’d install a volt meter. Or test with a volt meter your battery with big running. You should at idle be in the 14 then to 13’s when warm. If your still in twelves your stator or rectifier has taken a shit.
Alright so bike off, with trickle charge over night it's at..
Bike off 13.01..
Idle is 12.45
idle warm Is 12.49
3k is 12.75

So whats that mean I need a new everything?

Yeah, that was the about part. Depends on system health. My 1100 only puts out 13.8 at 5000 rpm but it maintains the battery just fine. I figured if he was at 3K we should see over 14.

Good job with the fuel leak. The charging issue isn’t related.

Check and clean your battery connections. Also check your grounds scattered through the bike.

Put your battery in a good trickle charger over night and charge it fully. With the battery connected and the key & kill switch off measure the voltage across the battery - look for about 12.5V DC. Start the bike and with the engine warm at 3000 rpm look for about 14.5 volts. A failed stator or rectifier may not be charging it while you ride.

As XPOH & Vlzuki said above, you are not charging the battery. Either your stator or Rectifier/regulator has failed. You can test the stator output to see if it is healthy, but personally I would replace both with OEM or Rick's Motorsport parts. Cheaper knockoff parts don't last long in this application.

Your bike has no charging. I would replace the rectifier/regulator for first
It does charge though right
I throw it on the charger it says battery is at 60 percent. I take it off when it's 100 percent or.the next day. And it.fires right up for about 4 stops. Then i have to charge it.up again, so it is charging but not holding the charge?

Nop. The result of voltage measurments you privided tell me that your bike has no any charge capability. The most offten case is the rectifier/regulator was dead. Second chance is the generator coils have a winding short or melted and the generator has not enough output voltage as result. You could check it by voltage measuring at the generator windings output terminal while it disconnected from r/r. It should be about 16-18VAC at 3000-5000 revs.

No. What they are telling you is that your battery is not charging when it is on the bike. The bike needs to charge the battery as you ride and yours isn't doing that. The stator and regulator/rectifier are the parts on your bike that charge the battery.
