Welcome.

The most common reason for what I see is chain lube/oil being slung off.

Other than that, there are some other things in that area that could leak.

The only way to determine the source is to thoroughly clean the area and watch where the leak begins. Repeat till you know the source.

Hopefully your bike doesn’t have the shift shaft seal that can’t be changed w/ out splitting the cases.

+1 on thoroughly cleaning things so that you can watch.

I'm unaware of the L1 750 details so some of this might be off-base. The clutch push rod has a seal that can develop leaks. It used to be that you had to split the case halves to replace it. But they seemed to have redesigned it in K6. The gear position switch seal might also leak.

There might be some trick method like a piece of paper towel positioned beneath the various leak suspects to identify the source. Perhaps someone else has ideas about it.

Cleaning as stated is the first step.

If I am looking at that picture correctly it looks like you have a brown liquid (chocolate milk) hanging from the bolts on the water pump, and you have a brown discoloration on the lower fairing. Does the oil in your sight glass on the other side look like the same color?

Reason I'm asking; antifreeze mixing with engine oil = chocolate milk. If your oil looks like chocolate milk, DO NOT RIDE IT! This mix can eat away internals if it hasn't already. Hopefully this is not the case and I am seeing things.
