on my k5 750 I just installedlowering links, and now my kick stand when riding isn't sitting up enough. The first bump i hit turns the neutral safety switch on and the bike stalls is this because i lowered the bike or because the parts for the kick stand are worn out?

mabe make a difrent spot for it by going ot radio shack and getting a water proof pressure switch that is the same as the on one thi bike (normaly open or normaly closed) then make it is something that doesnt looked hacked up and acts as a old switch did
I had same issue with my bike. my kickstand was slightly worn out in my case so my mechanic disabled the killswitch wire. Fine by me the only effect it will have is the brakelights will not function when applying the rear brake alone. Not an issue for most because both brakes are used to stop.

check your springs it sounds like they might need changed.

Back Firing? Do the Pair Mod and it should go by by....:thumbup:thanks changed just the springs and everything is fine nowjust to figure out this damn stalling and back firing issue...
