It's quite normal for a shorty exhaust system like your's to pop and bang and spit flames on the over rev slowing down through the gears from high speed,i think it sounds and looks good......

If it's doing it while you are at stand still reving the bike normally and then it does it when the revs are dropping down it can pop a bit,but you could be getting air in to the exhaust system most probably from the joint from the headers to the yoshi slip on where they connected so recheck the pipes and use some exhaust paste to seal the joint between the 2.....

If you dont think thats the problem then over fueling or not enough fuel or to much oxegen or not enough oxegen in the fuel mixture is causing it,but it is normal for shorty exhausts to pop and bang in my experience as im running a racefit mega and the manufactures at racefit says this aswell...if it's worrying you take it to a dyno centre to check the fueling and co2 readings and get them to make adjustments to it...but shorty systems to pop and bang...

look.......this is normal poping and banging like this at very high rpm's.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3aAcSPtD0RY&feature=related

if it is doing it at low rpm's then go get it checked out at the exhaust join from the headers or to a good dnyo centre if there nothing wrong at the joint in the exhaust,I would'nt take it back to where you got it done originally and let another dyno operator take a look and see if he can get better fueling on it than the last place you used...
