Has anyone re-mapped the stock computer on their GSXR750? I have a 1999 GSXR750 and don't want to spend the bucks on a power commander if I can avoid it. I have laptop so if there's a way to download a new map from the web and load it to the bike I 'd love to hear about it.

Teka tune it if you don't want to spend the $$$ on a PC. I've never heard of anyone just hooking up a laptop to a stock ECU and re-mapping. Besides how are you going to get an accurate reading on the air/fuel mixture without a probe for the exhaust.

Nope you need a Yosh Black box or TEKA to change black box
Power commanders so cheap find one for your bike and should be around 100 bucks or so. Map changing is $$$ unless you buy one that around 200 or so and then you can not adjust the Yosh box as accurate as you would like :bounce
