so I just picked up a new 08 gixxer 1k saturday but i need help on something.. i installed hids on my cbr but that was cake!! the dash slash guage seems to be in the way of the regular low beam. i see there is a alan bolt sorta like to remove the dash/guage.. can anyone help me out here? maybe is there a hid install write up that i might of over looked!!! if somone can really help me i would really appreciate it...

LOL yeah i was actually reading your thread as u posted this.. thanks alot man.. hey quick question do all hid kits have relays?

When fitting an HID kit onto something that doesn't usually get one...yup, it'll have to have a relay.
