I have searched a lot and not been able to find my exact answer. . i recently put on my -1,+2 on my 525 chain. (has about 4k on it) and when its up on the stand it makes a loud noise when i rotate the tire and it wont free spin. if i spin it by hand it just stops, even tried to loosen my chain and still does it. could i need to greese my axle or what? . . . squid question i know sorry

make sure both sprockets line up and arent sitting off a little bit. Are you in neutral? Chain is free and clear not hitting anywhere on the frame.
