I bought a 00 750 over the winter, been riding it for the past week, everything seems great so far. I just remembered thought that when I bought it the guy said he had had the gears "shaved" or something, said something about it making them mesh better or impossible to slip out of gear? I forget exactly but I have noticed it makes much more of a positive "clunk" compared to other bikes when I put it into gear and especially when shifting without the clutch. Anyone know what this is?
