Hi.

To answer your question, well, several possibilities.
1st is try an introduction post, nice to include pics of your bike too.
Maybe what year and size bike you are talking about.
You need a speedo healer, speed DRD, etc to change the speedo readings.

And lately, do a search of it too- lots of help there.

Can anyone tell me if they have 15T front and 43T in rear what setting you put into the speedo?
I assume you are referring to a speedo healer. If so you need to ride the bike and get an indicated speed and an actual speed use you phone with an app. Follow the instructions for recalibrating per the speedo healer. I did mine on my K71K very easy if you do what the instructions say.
