my speedometer is broken and i need a new one, was wondering if the original miles will still be on it if i was to get one off ebay and plug it in?

I have seen a dude on Ebay sell a user 04' 600 speedo....USED....with 0 miles on it.....0 MILES! I wanna know how he got the speedo to read 0 miles again.

bluegauges.com can put any mileage in your speedo and adj if your putting a 1K speedo on a 600
