Been working on this since last fall. Had trouble making the headlight brackets because I used T6061 aluminum plates from an internet provider that kept breaking when I bend them. I can't weld aluminum, so that made it quite a challenge. It's now a comfy all-day riding machine.

i think you should do something with that rear also, more personalization there, maybe carry that dual headlight theme to the rear with dual brake lights. then you should look into painting a solid color for the tank and rear, whatever you like. All black would be sweet. Nice job though, cool and different:thumbup:

it looks really nice and I agree with the guys, cut the pipe, get rid if the rear fender and overflow. However, you said it's taken since last fall - why does removing the plastics, adding bar risers and adding lights take so long? Money? I'm liking the whole street fighter look too.

Bro, so I bought a 2004 GSXR 600, same exact color. Long story short. The front end is wrecked. I took off all the plastics and am now trying to streetfighter it/cafe racer it. Did you put anything you did to this masterpiece on YouTube. I’m a little lost. I’ve been riding for over a decade but never built up a bike (car, yes but not a bike).
