Yeah, that’s not a good battery.
That wouldn't be 'terrible' to me for a diesel car with a heavy cranking load. What's normal for a bike? For sure put the battery on a long reconditioning cycle and do that test again.

TBH the battery looks like trash. With problems like this, life is too short to leave anything that's an easy fix, so I'd be just getting a new one unless I had zero doubts about it.

A good, fully charged, battery should be 12.8+ volts with no load and stay above 10.5 volts while cranking.
