How do you take off the factory bar end sliders? I popped off the cap and I tried taking off the screw but that thign just won't move for shit. Any special techniques? or am I just gonna have to use a shit load more muscle to get it off?

#3 screw driver and a bit of ass. They are loctited on

I'm changing out my factory grips because their cracked up and dried out already.

You dont need to remove bar ends to chagne just the grips..........

Cut off the old ones, and either get grip glue or in a pinch use spray paint on the inside of the new ones and slide them on.
