tank vent hose

hey are guys the two metal nipples on the bottom of 06/07 750 tank both for vent lines? thanks

I believe one is a vent, (to vent excess pressure buildup and allow equalization so the tank doesn't collapse from fuel pump suction...you gotta have air coming in...
The other is a drain to remove condensation/rain from around the fill...
