Hello All,

First post here. I have a ti tri oval canister and wanted to replace it with a carbon one. Before I go and do this, has anyone weighed these 2 against each other?

Any additional pros and cons?

Just curious as to which model and year you have. I personally like the R-55 can better then the TRC. I know this probably wont help but just my 2 cents.

Interestingly enough it is a Yosh 2 into 1 for a TL1000R. The canister is a Ti Tri-Oval.

I have a k6 750 with a r-77 carbon fiber can and i love it! It looks awsome

i have a 09 gsxr 1k i have a yosh r77 carbon full system on order i like the whole carbon look and i like the r77! its what ever u want ur the owner and ur the one riding it!

i have a k7 600 with a carbon fiber akrapovic shorty exhaust. one plus to having carbon exhaust is you could ride all day long and touch the pipe as soon as you shut it off and you will not get burned. they weigh about the same as every other kind of material for exhaust though. its just all about looks really.:thumbup:
