where is the location of the tip over switch on a 2001 gsxr 1000???

Right in front of your battery tray and will have a arrow saying UP
Take it off make sure the washer is in the middle and silicone that bad boy right on up

thanks. i figured it might be not facing up & stopn my bike from startn. the only work ive done to it since the last time it was started is i replaced my subframe.

Not sure about the newer gen GSXR as I am pretty updated on 2006 and below. When i get a 07 1k I may look into the newer when i get one:thumbup:

not pos. but im pretty sure it will be in the same general area.. its going to be somewhat centered in your bike so under the seat are is prob a good place to look
