first place to start.

i'm sure there are others.

for the most part expect gloves over the writs, back protector, 2yrs newer helmet full face, one or two peice that connect leathers, decent boots that cover the ankles.

if you are gong to the track or ride a motorcycle, you should already own taht stuff for the most part. if not, well now is a great time TO own it. haha

buy a ticket to the novice newbie or whatever they call it group. bring your bike, food ect... and they'll explain the rest to you at the track haha

If you want to really have fun, and learn more then you would just doing a trackday, take the Kevin Schwantz Race School at Road Atlanta.

are you kidding me, sorry but for the money you spend on the schwantz school you wouldnt' be getting your $$ worth.

do a few td's most have instructors. get a feel for the track environment and your bike tuned correctly. if you want another lvl of instruction move then to the schwantz school
