when i go to upload the pics that i took they are to big so i tried croping them and that didnt help. what should i do ?

you can use photobucket.com or go to microsoft and download a program that will resize you pics

You need to size them to fit within the DIMENSIONS AND the file size. I agree they are a bit small, but we have made them a bit bigger than they were alowed.

You can usually accomplish this in Paint if need be, although most choose a bit better program such as Photoshop.
