So I just recently found that i'm missing a motor mount bolt on my 2002 gsxr 750. Kinda dumb of me to not notice it when i bought it but, I brought it to the dealer to have one put in for me and they told me the frame was bent. So now i'm stuck and unfortunately don't have that much money. I know this isn't classifieds but since I cannot post on them yet, does anyone have any ideas on where I can find one for cheap? Or know anyone that is selling one? Ive been looking on craigslist and ebay but haven't really found much to fit my bike.

Yeah im pissed heh.. When i look at it on the bike I can't tell but i'm sure when you take it off you can see it. Kinda sucks the guy I bought it from didn't tell me that.. and i'm sure he knew. Guess that's what I get for buying a bike at night.

The first tip off that there are possibly serious underlining issues is aftermarket fairings. When you saw the e-bay fairings on the bike did you ask why they were on there?

Frame straightening...I'm not sure if I'd trust it. It's your life...and if the frame is already bent, that means it's weak, and physics say that if it's weak now it will only get weaker if they "re-tweak" it back to factory specs.

Don't know what state you're from but the state I live in has this cool little rule. If you have the sale documented by bill of sale or title and it's within 30 days of buying it you can go down to the courthouse and file a petition to the court for disclosure against the seller. And they will be obligated in a court of law to refund you or fix the problem.
Might not be the same in your state. but in mine you have 30 days to refuse the sale of any motor vehicle if used from any buyer personal or dealer.

Yeah I saw them and asked. He told me the old fairings were just scratched up and didn't look great so he got the new ones. He also gave me the old ones and they had scratches here and there but werent cracked or damaged or had any sign of being crashed.
