Well I haven't had my bike for long and the previous owner installed some woodcraft clip ons. There isn't anywhere to put a bar end in it and anything about 60 or 70 mph they vibrate like hell. Any ideas?

Aftermarket clip-ons were not made for street riding. They were made for track riding which you don't even think about your hands because there's too much else going on. Try this...and it does work. Take the tube off the clip-on. Remove the flat plastic end and pour in a mixture of silicon with steel or lead shot. You should only need about two table spoons full +/-. After you have the mixture in, put the flat end cap back in. Take the tube and with the other end (the rounded black cap). Tap the rounded end on the floor of your garage to pack the mixture towards that end of the tube. There you have it, your weighted bar end.
