Sept of 2006 someone slammed into me pulling a BS u-turn without warning, it messed me and my 06GSXR600 pretty bad.

Anyhow, the bike sat until about two weeks ago in a buddies garage when I was able to go pick it up and to my disbelief, after confirming oil was in the bike, it started immediately. I did not notice though, until letting it idle a few times since then for no more than 3-4 minutes, that the coolant had leaked out long before I picked it up.

I immediately filled the system for now, and I am waiting on a replacement radiator to replace the bent one.

Could there be any damage to pump seals, or heat damage to internals from running it a few times, about 4 minutes each time? The engine only ever got warm to the touch on the outside during the startups.

Is there anything I should watch out for?

I wouldn't worry about it. One of the motorcycle mags did a destruction test on a Kawi Ninja a few years a go, which included a run at full throttle after the coolant boiled off and the muffler burned up. The engine still ran after they shut everything off, put oil in it and ran it the next day.

If the engine hasn't siezed, it's probably fine.
