As I get older it's easy to forget how many times I failed to see or hear the Answer to my Question because I already "had it figured out".
If what I'm asking for is opinions, I don't really figure there's a definitive answer anyway. So, opinions are just that, opinions.
But if I ask the Forum a technical question, I'm asking for guidance based on some form of technical knowledge.
When I receive multiple answers pointing to the same source, and I continue to ignore them, because I've 'already checked that and that's not the problem'??
That way of thinking just make no sense.
Moral of the story? Don't assume you have 'already checked that'. When multiple suggestions, all pointing to the same source of potential problems are ignored with "I've already checked that"...
That just makes no sense.
