anyone know anything about the Yoshi RS-3 slip on? one of my buddies just told me it sounds pretty sick, more of a throaty tone which is exactly what i'm lookin for. also is there much of a power increase with it.. thanks

One of my friends had a CF RS-3 on his 1000 and it sounded pretty good. Especially when accelerating hard. I'm not sure on the horsepower gains maybe 1 to 3 horses more than just a stock pipe.

Did you take out the internal dampener?

i have an rs-3 on my k4 600 and i am satisfied compleetly idk bout the hp gains because i bought the bike with it on already. but it does sound throaty if you ask me. not to loud and not to quiete

I have the RS-3 race version and love it. It is louder than stock and has a nice tone. Nothing where it is too loud but enough to where it stands out.

No slip-on is going to make a difference in power. An aftermarket full system will give you a little more power, but it's up at the top end of the RPM band and it's at the expense of some low-end torque.
