Something isn't wired right. When you turn to P, only the tail light should come one. Throw that in the garbage and buy a quality set.

 

Thank you, I've been trying but no success finding lock set, the suzuki dealer refunded my money cause the part is been discontinued and told me to find it myself. When turn the key to "P" that lights the instrument cluster, see attached image.

 

Put a new Battery in it. And check the Fuses.
It did not come with a factory immobilizer.

 

Thank you, 👍😀 one less thing to worry, it's a relief as I don't need to look for lock set with immobiliser coil. Still the problem finding it, as Suzuki Dealer told me it's been discontinued.

 

My bike has a 'SAIS' sticker on it, showing it has an immobiliser key.

It's an EU thing, not a US thing. Not sure what the Aus bikes had.

Not all do. I'm just suggesting be cautious in case it has SAIS on it, if it does you might be trying to fix something that's not broken, you just don't have a key for it.

Try asking the Suzuki dealer. If it has SAIS then they should be able to make a new key to match your ECU, but of course it won't be cheap.

Another approach maybe no-one has thought of before you got it - try to contact the previous owner, see if they still have the key! Not sure that'd help without the right barrel, but just talking aloud here.
