So my rectifier went out on me, the bike completely died on me, dash doesn’t turn on or anything, I replaced the rectifier and the same thing, no power, no cables were messed up, could this be from the main fuse?

Yes. The R/R frequently shorts to ground and blows the main 30a fuse when it goes out. The main fuse is the green one in the starter relay, just follow the positive battery cable to the relay. There should be spare on the outside also.
I would check the stator as well if the main fuse isn’t the issue once you check that. These bikes are notorious for charging system failures. If you haven’t done so already, you need to relocate the rectifier to the side of the bike so it can breathe better. You should be able to find a relocation kit on eBay.
I decided to relocate mine into the air box and haven't had any issues. You can also get a used bracket from a salvage bike and reverse it to the outside and bolt your rectifier which works as well. Hope this helps 🙏
That doesn't strike me as a totally mad idea from the POV of cooling, though it might have the effect to sap your power a bit, or at least change where the engine torque dips a bit, as it will change the air flow resonance.
