Not losing no coolant or anything new to bike just wondering if this color is normal or considered milky note glass near bottom is kinda permanently fogged like

That looks normal. There is an aluminum piece behind the window that may be causing it to look a bit whiteish. Also, in cooler weather, it is not unusual to see some milkyness due to condensation in the oil.

When I ran Rotella, that's kinda what it looked like. Was this after a quick startup/shutdown, after riding for a while with everything good an hot, or just checking with everything cold?
