Newbie looking for Accessories

Hey all, I just bought my 2006 GSXR 600 a few weeks ago and I'm in LOVE!!! I truly love this bike...I had a 2005 Katana 600 as my first bike for a year and a half and it was just too heavy of a bike for me to handle. (I'm only 5'4")

Anyway, I've been onlin and on ebay searching hi and low for after market stuff to dress the bike up and make it "me" and I'm looking for Carbon Fiber Heel Guard Covers...Just the sticker type things that go over the heel guards or rearset guards, I'm not sure what they are called. I saw them on a GSXR 750 over the weekend and they looked hot, I asked the guy were to get them and he directed me here.

If anyone know's what I'm talking about and can let me know where I can find them, I'd love ya for it!

I know Carbon Fiber might be over used or whatever, but I don't like the chrome look, I love the Carbon Fiber look. I have the Red and Black Gixxer 600. Any other good sites you know of, I'm all ears...

hey now that I read your whole post I remember you now you have the red and blk like my wifes you was with your husband go to ron ayers they should b able to help you get that stuff and did you do your fender eleminator yet if you guys need some help let me know you guys can come over and we can have it done in 20 min

Hey man, what's up, the second I saw your bike pic I knew it had to be you!!! I haven't done anything with the Fender yet, but I've been online most of the night looking up all of the stuff I wanna do with it....I just couldn't find those Carbon Fiber Heel Guards....LOL

Since it's looking sunny right now, I'm going to go play around with the fender and see if I can take care of that today. I also think I'm going to stop by Cycle Gear and see if they have that tape for the wheels in Red.

But thanks for the offer of help and I'll definately let you know!

By the way, I'm Stef...and the guy I was with was my boyfriend, Peter, he had the Yellow Triumph Daytona 675! See ya! :D

hey my name is Dean and if you need anything let me know the red stripe should look cool if they have them let me know so I can get some for my wife's bike also ( same color as yours ) any ?'s on the fender call me 239-634-6356

Hey Dean, I will definatley let you know if I find that pin stripe, I already found it on ebay, but Thursday night this girl told me she got hers at Cycle Gear, so if I can avoid shipping, I will...and we'd love to go riding sometime...I'll keep in touch, I'm hitting the road to see what I can find. Again, thanks for the help ;)

Thanks! I love riding!!! Only been doing it for a little over a year and a half, but it's definately for me!

Hey Dean,

I took care of the tail yesterday! Got 2 "L" brackets from Home Depot and they fit perfectly where the tail was, drilled two different holes in the licence plate to mount then and done! I think I might get an LED light to put right above it, but the other that, I think it looks great. Thanks!

But I still can't find that Carbon fiber Heel Guard Sticker...I suck at searching the interest...LOL
