Welcome. That is one sexy machine and i absolutely love the R11. It’s my favorite Yosh exhaust. I had one on my zx6r in rainbow stainless and it was beautiful.

Thanks man. Always loved the black with blue front struts. The white one is also cute. R11 always!!! Will be kinda tough to say goodbye. But a blue and white 2026 is already ordered for delivery April 26. May keep both. Not sure ATM. House and garage fully of Suzy's, so running out if space!

So, you don't 'need' mirrors on the streets on that side of the pond?
I've got the all carbon muffler on my K5 Literstreet, and one on the shelf for my K6 Liter track bike.
My track bike has no mirrors. Maybe you were prepping for a track day?

For some reason the DoT decided that having mirrors fitted is not required for MOT. Bloody stupid if you ask me.

Whassup Todd. Thanks. Funny you say that mate, think I'm gonna put carbon on the new arrival. I did also think about keeping and tracking the 18 (Mirrors removed obv). But I'm mid tracking my old sv1000s torque monster. Far cheaper to slide down the tarmac, and far easier engine to work on!!!!

That whole MOT thing sounds weird to me. When I lived in TX, there were vehicle inspections even on motorcycles, and you had to have at least one mirror.
Here in WI- no inspection, and no emmisions check for motorcycles.

When I ride on the street, i definitely use my mirrors. On my K5 Liter, they are just little bar end mirrors, BUT, I use them on every street, every ride. I put working turn signal block off pates where the mirrors were.
Every 'bike night' I go too, there is always a few that have takne the mirros off their street bikes. I used to strike up a conversation and ask if they take it to the track. The answer is always no, but they're thinking about it.
For me, I have to know what's going on around/behind me in that environment/street riding.
I feel riding without mirrors on the street, on purpose, is downright dangerous. Your mileage may vary.
