Please help with my research.

Hey everyone,
I'm taking an undergraduate course in Statistics, and we have to do a research project for the class. I made a survey that I would really like for as many people as possible to take. It shouldn't take more than 5 minutes.
The survey is just a few quick questions about motorcycle accidents, if you've never had one, you're still welcome to take the survey.

Submitted. I have had many accidents. You should have been more specific by saying on the most recent incident, or been able to select multiple causes of the accidents. Would have been more accurate. Some of my accidents were rider error. Last was other driver.
