answer #1: scoot ur butt back further in the seat. and/or buy aftermarket rear sets.

Besides that how are you sitting on the bike? I'm picturing you tucked with your chin over the wind screen.

 

Im 6 foot 4 inches tall I can see all of the gauge except for the top half where the 10-13 RPMs are. If I took about an inch off of the top of the wind screen I think that I would be in good shape or if I put some washers under the gauges and brought them towards me an inch or 2.

 

could also try a double bubble windscreen
