Thanks for the reply. But there is no pinout of wires by color in the instructions. And I have a power commander 3 version without usb.
Bummer. I thought I remembered seeing a diagram in the back of the manual.

Maybe it will be useful to someone. I received a response from dynojet. A small connector is used to connect the crankshaft sensor. The engine speed is read from it. But you can not connect it. Then the engine speed will be read from the injector pulses. Thank you all for your help.
