I just changed the oil in my 2007 gsx-r 600 and I noticed some white residue in my oil. Does anyone know what it might be? It looks like a white liquid, I will attach pictures. From now on thank you everybody ?

98% chance it is just condensation in the oil. Have you been starting the bike for a few minutes at a time during the winter?

There is a slim chance you have a coolant leak but you would definitely see the the coolant in the oil when you drained it.

On my old aircooled bike with the crankcase breather vented to air through a filter (sorry EPA), you can tell the exact moment the engine reaches temp to boil the condensation out. The smoke comes pouring out the breather for a couple minutes and stops.
Surprisingly, at a little above idle, it might takes 10 minutes or more for the engine oil to get hot enough.
Shut it down before that and even more condensation just sits in the crankcase.

This is something I always keep in mind at the track on trackdays. Starting the bike and rolling up to pit lane barely gets the oil warm. And then people will shut it off and wait. Hammering it as soon as you get on track is not the best thing...

The water pump on his model has two seals. One for the water side, one for the oil side and a weep hole vented to the outside between them. It is virtually impossible for water to get into the oil from the water pump. I say "virtually" since a few have plugged the weep hole because it was "weeping" :devil
